We invite any individual with an interest in furthering diabetes education to become a member of SWADE. Membership in the national organization, AADE, is required prior to joining SWADE. Applications for AADE are available by contacting:

SWADE dues are as follows:

$15 Professional Member (active healthcare professional)
$15 Associate Member (corporate or non-healthcare professional)
$15 Retired Member

Applications to SWADE are made through the AADE registration process.
